Dr. Randall Warnock

Dr. Randall Warnock grew up on a farm outside of Calgary, and lived most of his life on the prairies before heading very far from home for his veterinary training – all the way to Australia, in fact! With his farming background, Dr. Randall entered his veterinary programme planning to specialize in large animals. However, in his last year of vet school, he opted to practice small animal medicine instead – a choice his canine and feline patients (and their humans) very much appreciate!

When he returned to Canada, Dr. Randall worked in the Emergency Department at a full service and specialist hospital in Edmonton before heading further west to the Island. Dr. Randall has a special interest in internal medicine and diagnostic imaging, and completed advanced training in Texas for diagnostic ultrasound for soft tissue in small animals.

Outside of his veterinarian life, Dr. Randall enjoys spending time with his three sons Grayson, Aidan, and Hudson. He is an avid Jiu Jitsu practitioner, an interest he shares with his sons and his wife Dr. Petra. He also enjoys a wide variety of outdoor sports including golf, skiing, and hiking.
