Jasmine grew up on Vancouver Island and has always had an interest in veterinary medicine. She started out as a volunteer for ELVH and then joined the staff team a kennel hand.
She is currently in school, studying Animal BioScience at the University of Saskatchewan, and enjoys working with all kinds of different animals. She completed a wildlife rehabilitation internship in the summer of 2021 where she had the opportunity to work with different avian and mammal species found on the island. This experience further inspired her to follow her passion for vet med.
In her free time, Jasmine enjoys spending time with her energetic dog, Buddy!
