Are You a Current Client?
If you are a current Elk Lake Veterinary Hospital client and we have seen your companion before, you can use our convenient online booking portal to schedule your next visit! The first time you visit the booking portal, you will need to create an account (just follow the on-screen prompts when you click the button below). When creating your account, please use the same email address that we would have on file – this is how your account will ‘recognize’ you in our existing hospital records.
Are You a New Client?
If you are a new client who would like to book a first appointment with one of our veterinarians, we invite you to give our Reception team a call at 250-658-5922 – this makes it possible to share all the initial information we’ll both need, and set you up properly in our system. After that, you can start using the online portal to schedule future appointments if you wish.
