At Elk Lake Veterinary Hospital, we are committed to providing high-quality patient care and client service in an environment that is as safe and comfortable as possible for the community we serve. As we continue to navigate a landscape that involves COVID-19 considerations, we appreciate your ongoing patience and support.
At this point we offer primarily in-person appointments in our hospital, but we continue to offer curbside service to those who prefer to remain outside. Following current Public Health guidance, masks or face coverings at this time are recommended but not required for both our clients and our staff.
Our reception area is open for pickup of diet and prescription orders, and we also continue to offer contactless payment and pickup options. As an additional service option, we invite clients to visit our online store (www.myVetStore.ca) to make their purchases – this option is available 24 hours a day, and includes convenient direct-to-home delivery for many items.
We have truly enjoyed our return to in-person appointments over the past several months, and look forward to continuing to provide care for patients and clients in whatever manner is most comfortable for them.
