Do I Need an Appointment?
We strongly encourage booking ahead for an appointment. However, we understand that sometimes a case may arise where you end up stopping in without an appointment. We will always do our best to facilitate seeing your pet. This may include a wait to see the veterinarian or offering a drop off appointment for your pet.
What Animals Do We See?
We treat dogs, cats, birds, rabbits, rodents, ferrets and other small pets.
Do We Require Vaccine History or Medical Records?
It is very helpful for us to have any medical history for your pet and we would be happy to contact your previous veterinary hospital for you to have the records sent to us. We strongly recommend a variety of vaccines for your pet’s health but it is not a requirement to have them done. We would be happy to discuss which vaccines your pet would benefit from.
What Pet Foods Do We Have in Stock?
We carry diets from Royal Canin Medi-Cal, Hill’s Pet Nutrition, Purina Pro Plan, and Rayne Vet. If your pet requires a particular diet that we do not have on our shelves you may be able to find it on our online Vet Store, or we can have it specially ordered for you.
Do I Need to Bring my Animal in a Carrier?
We do have a hospital policy to have all animals brought either in a carrier or on a leash. This is simply for the safety of your animal.
What Forms of Payment Do We Accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Interac, and Cash. We do not accept American Express or personal cheques.
Do We Offer Home Visits?
Yes, with a little bit of extra planning we are able to accommodate house call visits.
